A beautiful home in Poulton-Le-Flyde where Niche installed 5 manifold's and covered 500m2 of surface area.
500m2 mosque in Bolton with our underfloor heating pipe spacing at 150mm centres in readiness for an air source heat pump and 30m3 of gypsum based floor screed.
Our Proline System was utilised on 4 of these new build property's in Tattenhall. 13m3 of Anhydrite screed was supplied at 50mm depth.
Our pipe was spaced at 150mm with a 11 port Manifold on the GF and a 12 port Manifold on the FF.
Newly built 6 bedroom holiday let cottage in the picturesque Treaddur Bay. In this stunning property we supplied and installed 17m3 of our rapide fast drying screed and underfloor heating over the two floors.

Last summer Niche supplied and installed 2x Stiebel Eltron 44kW Ground Source Heat Pump at Rufford Primary School. The process involved excavating the ground to create a series of trenches and drilling deep bore holes to access the earth's natural heat. This was a crucial step in the installation of the heat pump system, which utilizes renewable energy to heat the school. The project not only helped to reduce the school's carbon footprint but also demonstrated Niche's commitment to sustainable construction practices.
Niche supplied and installed a 44kW and a 59kW Stiebel Eltron Ground Source Heat Pump in Bolton Le Sands Primary School last summer. This involved digging 10 bore holes, each 125 meters deep, to access the earth's natural heat. The heat pumps utilize renewable energy to provide heating and hot water to the school, making it more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. The project not only reduced the school's carbon footprint but also helped to lower its energy bills.
Niche supplied and installed 2x 60kW Stiebel Eltron Ground Source Heat Pump at Chorley Primary School last summer. This involved digging 7 bore holes, each 125 meters deep, with also digging 15 Trenches to access the earth's natural heat. GSHPs are one of the most energy-efficient heating and cooling systems available. They can provide several units of heating or cooling for every unit of electricity used to operate the system. This high efficiency leads to reduced energy consumption and lower utility bills.
